Sharia advisors are experts specialized in applying the principles of Islamic financial law to various commercial and financial fields. His Eminence Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Nafisa, has a long experience in the field of Sharia supervision and auditing, during which he held many positions, the most important of which was the Director of Shari’a Supervisory Department at FALCOM Financial Services Company (now Aqeen Capital) and then FALCOM Holding.
He is the Chairman of the Shari’a Supervisory Committee at Yaqeen Capital, Al-Amthal Finance Company and Alfa Al-Arabiya Finance Company, and a member and Secretary of the Shari’a Committee at Nayafat Finance Company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University in Saudi Arabia, a master’s degree in Islamic economics from the American University in Washington, and a doctorate in Islamic economics and finance from Istanbul Zaim University.
He worked as a cooperating lecturer at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University in Riyadh.
