The Islamic Contract Drafting, Review and Auditing Team is responsible for preparing customer contracts in line with international Sharia, legal, legal and governance standards and guaranteeing the rights of all parties. The team consists of experts in legal, financial and legal risks, allowing them to understand the legal, financial and legal complexities. The team reviews contracts to ensure there are no violations of Sharia law, such as usury, injustice and lack of clarity. Dr. Bassem Badr has a unique experience from a scientific and practical point of view in several disciplines that are considered essential in customer service in the field of contracts, where he studied and worked in three disciplines of law, Islamic studies, economics and finance.
He has more than 20 years of experience in Sharia auditing and law practice through his previous work as Director of the Sharia Audit Department of Palestine Islamic Bank / General Administration. Secretary of the Sharia Supervisory Board of Palestine Islamic Bank, and Director of the Legal Department of the Orphans Funds Management and Development Foundation / General Administration.
He holds a law degree in all regular courts since 2002, a certified auditor and Sharia controller approved by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions / Bahrain, and an arbitrator accredited by the International Islamic Center for Reconciliation and Arbitration in Dubai (ICRA). He holds a bachelor’s degree in law, a master’s degree in contemporary Islamic studies and a doctorate in Islamic economic
A financial expert who worked as the financial manager of several companies and the financial officer of Prince Sultan Chair for Advanced Technologies Research, as well as the STC Communications Chair at King Saud University. He has experience in drafting and reviewing financial and corporate contracts.
Advisor Dr. Hisham Abdel Fattah, an international expert in international commercial law, has more than 35 years of experience in legal consulting, especially business, during which he worked in a legal consulting company based in the United Arab Emirates, and a number of centers inside and outside the Arab world.
He is a member of the Arab Lawyers Union, a member of the Afro-Asian Bar Association, a member of the Council of Senior Scholars and Secretaries of the Arab World University, an international arbitrator, and holds a doctorate in management and public law.
Dr. Mohamed Hafez Shoaib has more than 20 years of experience in drafting and reviewing contracts for companies and financial products, during which he worked in Islamic banking, a member of a Sharia committee at Alfa Company, and a member of Shariah Supervisory in a number of financial companies, the latest of which was the Head of Sharia Control Department at Yaqeen Financial Company in Riyadh
He is professionally fluent in Arabic and English, and is a graduate of the Faculty of Sharia at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University.
He holds a master’s and doctoral degree from the Higher Judicial Institute _ majoring in commercial law systems from the same university in Riyadh, and has a number of published research and studies.
Mr. Mehmet Gitak is a Frenchman of Turkish origin, completed his bachelor’s and master’s studies in Islamic sciences and prepared a master’s thesis on startups. He attends a doctorate at Istanbul University, a leader in Islamic economics and finance, works as a lecturer in the same university. Mohamed is fluent in French and Turkish.
